Scottsdale, AZ (PRWEB) February 6, 2005 -- Aerial Photography by All Out Aerial Provides Aerial Photos and Video Capture Services at 47th Annual Hashknife Pony Express Ride.

The official opening of the Parada del Sol in Scottsdale Arizona is marked each year by the traditional arrival of The Hashknife Pony Express Riders. Parada del Sol is billed as America's largest horse-drawn parade. The Hashknife Pony Express tradition started in 1958 and continues as the oldest officially sanctioned Pony Express ride in the world covering some 235 miles. In 2005, a band of 35 extraordinary riders and horses, all sworn in as official mail messengers, teamed up in groups of two and handed off mail relay style each mile starting in the historic city of Holbrook, Arizona. The riders are members of the Navajo County Sheriff's Posse, The Scottsdale Jaycees, and invited guests.

Letters are specially hand stamped and hand cancelled and worldwide collectors of special cancellations participate in the event in order to acquire these unique collectors' items. After 3 days of riding through all types of weather the 20,000 pieces of mail are delivered on time to the post office in old town Scottsdale, Arizona.

In 2005, this old west tradition was captured on film by All Out Aerial Photography. Their helicopter and camera crew was there to chronicle the final moments of the event and record it for posterity. Company owner Crystal Powell said "I am so impressed with the dedication of these riders who continue to keep this important historical tradition alive." Aerial photographs and video footage of this exciting re-enactment are available for a variety of purposes and serve as an excellent example of the quality of work and unique capabilities of the company.
