TempWorks Software Celebrates 10 Years with Manpower of Sacramento

Ara, who passed away last year, first began applying technology solutions to staffing problems in the late 1950s. Ara Dourgarians break-through inventions include a mechanized filing and culling system for a national database of engineers and an automated typing instruction.system. In addition, Ara and his son, Gregg, wrote a precursor to the TempWorks system on one of the first micro-processing systems in the 1970s. Clearly, both brothers learned many of their great business skills from their father.
