Tom Armstrong comes to White & Lee from Seyfarth Shaw LLP in San Francisco, where he was a partner in the corporate practice group. Armstrongs arrival is part of the accelerated growth of the Menlo Park office during the last few months. His addition to White & Lees Silicon Valley team follows on the heels of Ted Wangs election to the firms partnership earlier this year.

In addition to the two partners, White & Lee also welcomed another experienced attorney, Tobin Dommer, to the Menlo Park office in January of this year. Prior to joining White & Lee, Dommer worked in the Redwood City office of Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley, where he concentrated on business and intellectual property transactions. Dommer began his legal career with Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrichs corporate and securities group.
