Fontana, a 10 year real estate veteran, will oversee the development and execution of ERA Boston Real Estate Groups recruiting and training programs for their agents.

Fontana ranked in the top 10% of realtors nationally and is a graduate of ERAs Top Gun marketing program. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and Secretary of the Womens Council of Realtors. She is also a Nationally Certified Trainer for ERA, a Certified Military Relocation Specialist, an Accredited Buyer Representative, a Senior Real Estate Specialist, and a member of the Professional Standards and Ethics Committee for the Eastern Massachusetts Association of Realtors.

A graduate of Chandler College, Fontana is a native and resident of Stoneham, MA.
