Propaganda Apparel Brand Celebrates Its Fashion Debut By Sponsoring the 2k5 Equilibrium Series
Highly anticpated apparel brand Propaganda sponsors the 2k5 Equilibrium Series, a 3 part bicoastal bboy competiton at the Fashion Insitute of Technology in Manhattan. Saturday March 19, 2005 over 600 bboys and bgirls will compete in the 2k5 Equilibrium Series giving sponsored brands to tap into crossover appeal of suburban and urban style youth.

Propaganda Apparel Brand and Random. Hype has partnered to produce the 2K5 Equilibrium (EQB) Series highlighting b-boying also called, break dancing.
On Saturday, March 19 2005 beginning at 3pm, Propaganda Apparel along with Gemini Turntables and Energy Multivitamin Water will sponsor the 2k5 Equilibrium Series part 1, Alpha Battle, at the Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan. The Equilibrium (EQB) Series, a three part bboy competition, where the best of the best across the country are invited to come and represent their crew and hood" in the event that is rapidly becoming the largest break dancing exhibition/competition on the east coast.
About the Equilibrium (EQB) Series
Breaking is a high-energy combination of complex footwork, spins, kicks and 'freezes' - holding a position balanced on hands, head or shoulders. The EQB Series is an exhibition that promotes the unpredictable balance of style and originality. The first two events in the series will consist of 32(+) crews of 3 persons each. The time for each battle in heats 1 and 2, as well as the quarterfinals will be 5 minutes each. The semifinals, 7 minutes and the finals, 10 minutes. The first place winner for each jam will receive a prize of $1 000.
The top 4 crews from each of the first two jams will automatically be placed in the final jam of the series, EQB Omega, to compete for the estimated grand prize of $6,000 and the title of EQB Champion. Log onto www.eqbseries.com
