The program is a skinnable desktop calendar that has on-calendar event reminder, moon phase, sunrise/sunset time and holidays.
EzCalendar organizes data in three views: month calendar view, week calendar view and a list view to let user browse and manager events by time or name.
User can configure an event to repeat on a minutely, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis, or just to remind once.
EzCalendar displays all events on calendar. It provides category and other options such as History or Recurrence to further constrain event display.
User can post notes from calendar to the desktop. History option provides the function to review past events.
EzCalendar has a customable interface. User can change the skin with their favorite image files.
Main Features:
- Month and week calendar with moon phase and holidays. List view provides another way to organize events.
- Event reminder, EzCalendar supports event that happens from every 1 minute to every several years. It also supports week-based event such as "The 3rd Monday of June" or "The last Wednesday of each month". It supports unlimited number of notes on a specific date.
- Intuitive operation, user can create/remove/update events easily.
- Customizable category, it lets user classify events and refine calendar display.
- History option, it allows user to review past events. User can let it clear history automatically after a period of time.
- Note posting: User can drag a note and drop on screen. Optional clock shows count down of the event. Hyperlink is supported in note text.
- Customizable alarm. User can specify the wave file and how long the chime plays.
- Calendar printing with selected options (month or week, category, show/hide history, show/hide recurrence)
- Skinnable interface. User can select their favorite image file as the calendar skin and background
- Sunrise/Sunset information.
Within this edition, a background image is provided.
