April Fools Day No Joke for Asthma Sufferers:Air Quality to Make a Fashion Statement

Fashion statement designed to help air quality.

Santa Cruz, CA (PRWEB) April 1, 2005 -- Today, www.GotChemTrails.com announced the availability of T-shirts with the logo Got Chem Trails! to those who wish to have answers to an ever-growing urban legend of ‘Chem Trails. Web site publisher Chris Metal commented, "For some reason asthma sufferers seem to be growing at an ever increasing rate, and many people believe that mysterious air tankers are spraying weather controlling chemicals, or Chem Trails, into our atmosphere that are a major respiratory irritant. So, we thought that we'd market ‘air quality like the 'Got Milk' guys did."

Metals motivation behind www.GotChemTrails.com is his many friends that have started to cough asthmatically over the last few years, and no one seems to know why! He feels that a million people wearing Got Chem Trails! T-shirts in the Washington Mall might get the media to focus on air quality. "We have no evidence that Chem Trails exist, other than as cloudy streaks in the sky, but if you Google 'Chem Trails,' it returns 240,000 sites. So, as it's no longer a marginal subject, why is the media not addressing the elephant in the room?"

Chris called Governor Schwarzeneggers office last summer to ask what ‘the Governator thought about the phenomenon of Chem Trails and was put through to the Press office where he was told that, "We have no comment - as yet," so, after waiting some nine months for Sacramento to give birth to a Press Release, the company is going to send the Governor one of their first T-shirts.

www.GotChemTrails.com has chosen April first to launch their first Chem Trails product - the $19.95 Got Chem Trails! T-shirt - as an ironic launch date: "We'll just let the public decide whether its just another April Fool prank," said Metal.

And, www.GotChemTrails.com is taking a leaf out of Henry Ford's Model "T" marketing campaign: the T-shirts are available in any color you like as long as it's white."

Coming this summer is The Touchstone, a microprocessor driven personal food and supplement tester, which suggests if a substance is injurious or beneficial to an individuals system. Developed by www.MyTouchStones.com, Touchstones will retail for just under $100.00.

A percentage of profits on all Got Chem Trails! products will go to various charities, including the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America.
