New Features

The latest release of QShift adds these other exciting features to the knowledge assembly process.

Improved Model Design:
٭   Full Undo/Redo: If users make a mistake while editing a model, they can now correct it quickly and easily with standard Windows keyboard shortcuts.
٭   Support for New Types of Clauses: Model Builders can now include tables, compound clauses, option clauses, white space clauses and page breaks.
٭   Improved Field Support: Fields can now be associated with specific models or still be shared across clauses.

Enhanced Document Drafting:
٭   Simplified Rules Validation: 1.5 validates all rules in the document before previewing and highlights each rule at issue with a simple hover capability.
٭   Checks and Balances System: Full content of finalized drafts can now be accessed from QShifts document archive – no more unauthorized changes at the Word level.
٭   Centralized Template Storage: Clients can upload their own templates to QShift and access them anywhere consistently.

Behind the Scenes Improvements:
٭   Audit Trail: See who did what and when they did it for every clause in the QShift library
٭   User Defined Metadata Support: Power users and QShift content developers can now tag content for future integration with KM systems.
Pricing & Availability

QShift does not require any IT involvement to deploy or any up-front capital investment; it is delivered as an Internet-based subscription that is available on-demand whenever and wherever needed. All resulting documents remain securely on the lawyer's computer or laptop. There is no software to buy.
