Company Records Online, Inc. has signed an Letter of Intent with The Corporate Secretary, a subsidiary of Online Company Records, LLC., for the purchase of Company Records Online by The Corporate Secretary.

(CRO), one of the nations leading corporate compliance and governance companies, is pleased to announce it has signed an LOI with The Corporate Secretary, a subsidiary of Online Company Records, LLC., for the purchase of CRO by TCS.

CRO and TCS had recently commenced a distribution relationship when TCS opened discussions and then announced its decision to tender an offer to purchase CRO, its DBAs, affiliate companies and assets for an undisclosed amount. TCS is a service driven corporate compliance company focused on small businesses and had weeks before added CROs MyCompanyMinutes into their product mix.
