Porta-Kamp International, LP (PKILP)announced today the completed acquisition of the Porta-Kamp trademark and has leased the manufacturing facility located in Houston, Texas. PKILP is a newly capitalized entity with a multi-million dollar equity capital funding. The new owners and management are all Houston-based private individuals and businessmen with extensive oil and gas (exploration, production and refining), engineering, manufacturing and construction industry experience.
