The Brain Baby Company Signs Evergreen Concepts as Exclusive Licensing Agent for Infant/Preschool Developmental Products

The Brainy Baby Company, known for their award-winning developmental DVDs for babies and toddlers, has signed Evergreen Concepts as their exclusive licensing agent in the United States and Canada to further establish the Brainy Baby Learning Library of multimedia products into the consumer marketplace.

(PRWEB) May 5, 2005 -- Brainy Baby pioneered infant educational videos with the 1995 development and release of their Brainy Baby Right Brain" and Brainy Baby Left Brain" videos. Since then, Brainy Baby expanded their product line into a complete Brainy Baby Learning Library of multimedia products, which is one of the most comprehensive visual learning experiences available. It is an invaluable educational program that develops cognitive skills, spatial reasoning, object recognition and an overall foundation to advanced learning.

Evergreen Concepts will be seeking licensees and driving the development of consumer products for the Brainy Baby brand and its trademarked Right & Left Brain developmental focus. Brainy Baby Left Brain" and Brainy Baby Right Brain" are the only DVDs designed to develop a whole brain approach to thinking in infants and preschoolers, a benefit that will last a lifetime. Categories available for licensing opportunities include wood toys: electronic toys; apparel and accessories, bedding and nursery décor, food and feeding accessories, bath and safety products and more. Potential licensees will join the ranks of Imagination Entertainment and Bendon Publishing to leverage the worlds first infant/preschool educational video brand in an exploding market.

Working with Evergreen Concepts is a great opportunity for us. The licensing demand for our unique educational philosophy has been incredible and Evergreens in-depth understanding of our category will allow us to develop the right strategic relationships and develop highly creative new products," says Jeff Quinn, Brainy Babys Director of Sales and Licensing.

We are thrilled to be associated with a company that is so dedicated to inspiring young minds by creating such wonderful content," says Melissa Segal, Principal of Evergreen Concepts. We believe with Brainy Baby's current library of 13 DVD's and 6 CD's and their loyal consumer base that there is a tremendous opportunity to extend the brand into high quality and innovative products, which are unique from all the current infant brands in the marketplace."

Brainy Baby will be Licensing Show at the Evergreen Concepts booth #1157. To arrange an interview with Jeff Quinn of Brainy Baby or Melissa Segal of Evergreen Concepts, please contact Andrea Blain, Andrea Blain Public Relations, 847-933-9884, ablain@aol.com.

About Evergreen Concepts
Evergreen Concepts is a consumer products agency founded two years ago by Melissa Segal and Jeff Fradin, former colleagues at Disney, that focuses on creating uniquely crafted consumer products programs for brands and properties that are already well established in the marketplace. They are big believers in the idea that very successful licensing initiatives can come from new and different places other than television and film and focus their efforts on equities that they feel have consumers are passionate about and that will consequently translate into compelling merchandise programs. Other brands and properties in the Evergreen Concepts portfolio include Build-A-Bear Workshop, Little Golden Books, Pat the Bunny, and Twisted Whiskers.
