Built in 1941, the Spanish and French inspired Villa is situated near the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk only 100 feet away from the Atlantic Ocean. Completely restored yet retaining its unique atmosphere and 1940 Oak floors, the villa received the Diamond Project Pride Award by the City of Hollywoods Mayor, Mara S. Giulianti in September 2004 as "Best Historical Restoration." Rated Three Stars by SSL and Three Diamonds by AAA, Villa Sinclair Beach Suites & Spa was also recently awarded "Best Romantic Night" in South Florida for Valentine's Day 2005.
With the "Satin Love Night & Weekend" special, hosts Hughes Longelin-Pingle and Lydia Hanni have created a private, romantic love nest retreat ideal for an intimate weekend, vacation getaway or honeymoon trip. Featuring the romantic touches of satin bed sheets and complimentary candles, oils, lotions, champagne, chocolate, whip cream, and an evening setting on the tropical patio and lounge, every detail has been impeccably planned.
