Soleil Film Increases Equity Interest in Feature Film "All That I Need" by 100%
SANTA BARBARA, CA (PRWEB) May 12, 2005 -- Soleil Film, Inc. (Other OTC:SFLM.PK - News) announced today that it has increased its stake in the highly anticipated feature film, "All That I Need," by 100%, from its original 20% to 40%. "We are extremely pleased about the opportunity to acquire an increased equity share in the feature," commented CEO, Kenneth Eade, "and are even more pleased that the screening room at Cannes has been filled to capacity with major distributors who have confirmed their attendance for our May 13th screening."
"All That I Need," a reality documentary movie in the spirit of "Super Size Me," which grossed more than $28 million in theatrical release worldwide and "The Blair Witch Project," which grossed more than $140 million, is produced by Hergott Productions; Executive Producer, Tarquin Gotch ("Home Alone", "Curly Sue"). Miramax, IFC Films (Farenheight 9/11), Newmarket Films ("The Passion of the Christ"), Fox, Roadside Attractions ("Super Size Me"), Avex Entertainment, and Think Film Co. are among the distributors who will be in attendance. Warner Bros., Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures Classics, Lightning Entertainment, and SPG Home Video are among those who have requested a pre-screening.
