Under his leadership, music subscriptions for RealNetworks grew over 300% and Rhapsody became the leading digital music subscription service. Prior to Listen.com and Real, Williams was the Director of Marketing at both DoubleClick and CitySearch. After beginning his career at DDB Needham in New York, Williams spent several years as a product manager at Cadbury Schweppes.
