Appointment of new Chief Executive Officer to guide company through launch of first handheld product line

Mr. Martins immediate focus will be to manage pixtera's Fall 2005 launch of its first handheld product, the revolutionary U-book(TM).

Mr. Martin brings with him extensive global management experience, having been president of American Intercontinental University (AIU)campuses in Los Angeles, Fort Lauderdale, Atlanta and London, formerly American College. He was also Vice President, Global Operations AIU. His responsibilities included all fiscal, personnel, regulatory, planning and management of these operations. During his 17 years with AIU he worked with many foreign companies and governments throughout Asia, the Middle East, USA, and the UK.

Mr. Martin holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Management (MAOM) from Antioch University in Los Angeles. He is a Fellow of both The Royal Society of Arts (FRSA), and of The Institute of Sales Marketing Management (FInstSMM).
