Teenage Academic Presents Mathematical Theory

Fourteen-year old Ivan Cherevko, the world youngest environmental scientist, will present his theory concerning mathematical modeling of environmental processes May 18th, reports Ukrainian Pedagogic Academy's Psychology Institute, Giftedness Laboratory

Kiev, Ukraine (PRWEB) May 14, 2005 -- Ivan will present his paper, called "Analytic wastonomic theory and its application" in Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, his alma mater. That theory was developed since he was eight years old, and already being presented in its raw form at international conference concerning applied mathematics, and overseen by famous Ukrainian mathematician, Dr. Volodymyr Lavrik. This theory is hoped to be useful for city dumps management. This makes Ivan Cherevko the youngest now-living scientist worldwide.

'I don't feel myself rather superior to ours or something', says Ivan, 'I'm just doing what I can to help people with environmental problems of ours. Wastonomic theory is very important, but it is not the only things I've created in field of waste disposal activities. In fact, this is just one face of my nature'. Ivan's parents add: 'We are very proud about son. We worked hard to raise him; we think we raised a very special child with very special abilities and great enthusiasm in creating of wonderful works'.

Ivan hasn't noticed being different from other kids until he was nine, being at the time already already student of a eighth grade and at the same time student of Israeli Open University, and winner of various awards and honors. Ivan's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Cherevko, recall what it was then Ivan was six months old, when they first thought of him as of gifted child. Ivan was enrolled to school at age of five, it took him barely six years to completely finish high school and pass national tests with excellent results. Ivan wrote and published a book, My 10, anthology of his various research papers, essays and poems, at age of eleven, thus also making for the world's youngest writer.
