Prior to these offices, IMPACT Group was servicing these locations virtually via telephonic career coaching. By opening these offices, the company can now provide face-to-face services in addition to virtual and telephonic career coaching.

Fielding comes to IMPACT Group with 25 years of experience as a freelance Career Consultant responsible for developing and delivering career management programs which assisted middle and senior managers working in both public and private sectors. Fieldings practice included performance coaching, career counseling and outpatient support.
Sapna Sukesh Kumar is Director of the Asia Pacific office located in Singapore. She joins IMPACT Group after working as Director of Human Resources for Sandvick Chokski LTD., in India. Sukesh Kumar has extensive experience in the Human Resources industry working all over the globe.
