The suite's new onboarding component automates some of the most time-consuming tasks associated with hiring new employees and manages the process of integrating their data into the companys system of record. A redesigned applicant detail report provides the hiring manager with a complete snapshot of the information needed to make hiring decisions on each candidate. This intuitive user interface, designed with input from customers, provides a graphical summary of assessment results and organizes key candidate information into easy-to-use tabs. The candidate user interface has also been totally redesigned, including both a new look and feel as well as additional capabilities such as advanced location searching.
