5 Attorneys Named "New Jersey Super Lawyers"

Five attorneys from the law firm of Pellettieri, Rabstein & Altman were named "New Jersey Super Lawyers" in the May 2005 issue of New Jersey Monthly magazine. The attorneys selected represent the personal injury & malpractice litigation, workers' compensation & disability litigation, business law & litigation, estate & tax litigation, criminal defense, and mass torts & class action litigation departments.

(PRWEB) May 28, 2005 -- In a selection process based on peer voting and credentials research, New Jersey Monthly magazine published its first New Jersey Super Lawyers" list in the May 2005 issue.

The five attorneys named from the law firm of Pellettieri, Rabstein & Altman are:

Bruce P. Miller, Esq., Chairman of the Workers Compensation & Disability and Criminal Law departments and Member of the Management Committee at the New Jersey law firm of Pellettieri, Rabstein & Altman, has been a perennial member of the magazines Best Lawyers in New Jersey since 1995, and now a New Jersey Super Lawyer. Mr. Miller, a Princeton resident, is also a Master of the New Jersey Workers Compensation Inns of Court and New Jersey Supreme Court Certified Workers Compensation Law Attorney. Currently, Mr. Miller serves as Vice President, and was a Co-Founder, of the New Jersey Council on Safety and Health, an organization dedicated to workplace accident and injury. Previously, Mr. Miller served as Chairman of the Workers Compensation Section and as a Member of the Workers Compensation Judicial Appointments Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Edward Slaughter, Jr., Esq., Chairman of the Personal Injury & Accident department and Member of the Management Committee at the New Jersey law firm of Pellettieri, Rabstein & Altman. Mr. Slaughter, a Titusville resident, is also a New Jersey Supreme Court Certified Civil Trial Attorney and AV" rated by the Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory. Currently, Mr. Slaughter serves as a Member of the Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association and a Trustee of the Mercer County Bar Foundation. Previously, Mr. Slaughter has served as Chairman of the District VII Ethics Committee and Chairman of the Mercer County Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments Committee. Mr. Slaughter served as an U.S. Army infantry captain in Vietnam.

Neal S. Solomon, Esq., Chairman of the Business Law & Litigation department and Member of the Management Committee at the New Jersey law firm of Pellettieri, Rabstein & Altman. Mr. Solomon, a Stockton resident, serves as Trustee Emeritus and formerly as Co-President of the Princeton Bar Association. Previously, Mr. Solomon has served as counsel to the Constitutional Convention of the Northern Marianas Islands, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Gary E. Adams, Esq., serves as Partner-in-Charge of Technology and a Member of the Management Committee practicing Workers Compensation & Disability Law at the New Jersey law firm of Pellettieri, Rabstein & Altman. Mr. Adams, a Pennington resident, has been AV" rated by the Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory as well as a New Jersey Supreme Court Certified Workers Compensation Law Attorney and Master of New Jersey Workers Compensation Inns of Court. Additionally, Mr. Adams serves as Vice President, and was a Co-Founder, of the New Jersey Council on Safety and Health, an organization dedicated to workplace accident and injury. Arthur Penn, Esq., serves as Chairman of the Mass Torts & Class Action Litigation department at the New Jersey law firm of Pellettieri, Rabstein & Altman. Mr. Penn, a Medford resident, as served as Director of the Division of Public Interest Advocacy and Assistant Commissioner for the New Jersey Department of the Public Advocate and served as a Member of the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Civil Procedure. Currently, Mr. Penn serves on the Board of Trustees of the Washington, DC-based Federation of Families for Childrens Mental Health, as a Family Member on Legislative Action Committee of the New Jersey Mental Health Association, and Chairman of the Public Policy Committee of the Mental Health Association of Southwestern New Jersey.
