Port Washington, NY (PRWEB) May 28, 2005 -- Port Sailing School announces an annual boat rental program called Sea Pass. Sea Pass members enjoy the use of any of the 19- to 23-foot sailboats for the entire season for as low as $900.
Sea Pass member customers can use the sailing school boats seven days a week with a limit of four hours per day, selecting a morning or afternoon sailing sessions. The season starts May 1 and ends in October. Port Sailing School provides members with all the equipment, launch service, and assistance to familiarize sailors with the boats. Located at Brewer Capri Marina on Manhasset Bay, the school is close to New York City and offers the best sailing on western Long Island Sound. Members enjoy easy access to sailing without the cost of maintaining and owning a boat.
Port Sailing School is member of the American Sailing Association providing sailing instruction for both adults and children. The school has a fleet of both daysailers and cruising sailboats ranging from 19- to 30-foot. After completing the ASA Basic Keelboat course, new sailors can return to rent the boats they have learned to sail.
Other courses include: Childrens Summer Program, Basic Cruising, Bareboat Chartering, Coastal Navigation, and the NY State Safe Boating course.
