We will be holding the 25th Anniversary Gala Celebration on September 17th, 2005, in San Anselmo, California, marking Donald Rubbos twenty five remarkable years of teaching in the martial and internal arts fields.
Many Tai Chi and Qigong teachers, civic dignitaries, celebrities, and all of our friends, students, clients and family will be attending this not-to-be-missed event. It will truly be a party to remember.
The day-long celebration will honor the accomplishments of Donald Rubbo, and highlight the history, culture, philosophy and profound health benefits of Qigong, Hsing Yi, Bagua and Tai Chi Chuan.
Music, food, silent auction, raffle, demonstrations and lots of fun!
This event will be a benefit for the health programs at Paul D. Pickens II Research Foundation.
The mission of Paul D. Pickens II Research Foundation is to support integrative modalities, to improve the health and quality of life of the community through public education, research, health programs and training of health-care providers and other practitioners.

Masters Donald and Cheryl Lynne Rubbo, co-founders of the Paul D. Pickens II Research Foundation, have studied Qigong, Tai Chi Chuan, Bagua, Hsing Yi, and meditation practices for over 35 years. Devoted Vajrayana Tibetan Buddhist practitioners under Lama Lodu Rinpoche, the Rubbos are internationally recognized advanced Chi Gung healers and internal arts teachers. Donald Rubbo has treated clients for over 20 years and is treasured by his students and clients for his compassion, love, and humor. The Rubbos are extraordinarily gifted at working with patients with serious health conditions, such as cancer, stroke, and heart disease. The Rubbos were recently featured on New Morning TV, Hallmark Channels Faith & Values series about ordinary men and women who are doing extraordinary things.
