Carl Anthony Payne is a busy man these days with his choice of projects, exclusive events and trips abroad to add productivity to his daily routine. For twenty consecutive years, Carl Anthony Payne has graced the Silver Screen as well as your Television sets with some of the most prominent shows and people in entertainment and comedy.
