copy2calendar for Windows

LoquiSoft has released version 1.0 of copy2calendar for Windows; software to automatically convert text based date, time and appointment data into Outlook, Notes or Palm calendar entries.

(PRWEB) June 2, 2005 -- Keeping track of appointments, meetings and phone calls is essential for any business, large or small. Calendar software has consequently become an essential tool for individuals and businesses alike, and may invariably be found on almost anyone's PC.

Constantly having to enter an ever-growing number of meetings and appointments into the calendars has, however, become a chore unto itself, with relevant information being taken from email software, web browsers and other office applications. Copying and pasting individual and separate items of information from different sources into a user's calendar is slow, tedious and prone to errors.

LoquiSoft's copy2calendar automatically converts text containing date, time and appointment data into calendar entries, and offers full support for Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes and the Palm Desktop.

At the heart of copy2calendar lies an advanced recognition engine that parses the data from your text, recognising and stripping out the relevant information, placing it just where you need it.

Text may be copied from inside the user's email software, their web browser, from within Microsoft Office applications, in fact anywhere where the relevant text may be displayed and copied.

Using copy2calendar means that there's no risk of making mistakes with your critical data, and whether copying a single appointment or a large list of appointments, copy2calendar completely eliminates this routine and mundane task from the user's workload.

Using copy2calendar couldn't be simpler. Simply select the text, press Control-C twice, and confirm copy2calendar's suggestion. That's all there is to it.

With full support for date and time specifications in thirteen different languages (including English, German and French), copy2calendar can be configured to recognise and deal with virtually any date and time format as required.

copy2calendar is compatible with Windows NT 4.x, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows 2003.

copy2calendar version 1.0 costs US$ 24.95, and may be purchased securely on LoquiSoft's secure website at http://copy2calendar.com. Further details and a free trial version of copy2calendar may be found at http://copy2calendar.com.

Evaluation copies of copy2calendar are available on request. Screenshots for press use are available at http://copy2calendar.com/press-en.shtml.
