Prominent Employment Attorney Publishes New Two Volume Practice Guide on Litigating Employment Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation Cases

Mr. Friedman is a 1989 graduate of the Cornell Law School where he served on the Board of Editors of the Cornell Law Review. Following law school, Mr. Friedman served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John T. Nixon (United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee) before working in the labor and employment law departments of two of the nation’s premier management-side law firms – Paul Hastings LLP and Bryan Cave LLP.
