Congresswoman Stephanie Tubbs Jones will provide the leadership address for the annual Toni Stone Innovative Initiative Award Luncheon, which celebrates leadership and innovation in the field of community technology. The luncheon is held in conjunction with the 14th Annual National Community Technology Conference, the largest national gathering of community technology practitioners, representing community based efforts, regional collaborations, and strategic alliances-- all meeting the needs of communities and people through effective, innovative technology programs and resources.
