Top Ten Tips to Emotional and Mental Recovery After Divorce Or Separation

Divorce can be a tremendous blow to our self-worth whether we leave or were left – neither is easy. As a couple we operate in routines: our favorite restaurant, daily exercise routines, spiritual and social groups we belong too and other routines around intimacy and more. Being torn from these structures can be devastating, leaving us desperate to fill the space with someone new or worse, turning to alcohol or food addictions.

(PRWEB) June 14, 2005 -- Surviving separation, divorce, economic hardship and more are all subjects Noemi Eva tangles in her book, Out of Eden- A Manual for Women. Born in Hungary, raised in Brazil, and now long time Toronto resident, Noemis first novel reflects the authors true life romances, some that became marriages, and the complexities and trials of enduring the hardship of separation and divorce more than once.

Noemi has dedicated much of her life to teaching women how to raise their self esteem through managing their finances, learning real estate investment, shopping with awareness and other keys. She admits that her elegance comes from honing her skills of ferreting out good buys of designer labels at second hand stores.

Noemi has created these top ten tips to assist you in your emotional recovery after during and after divorce or separation:

• Learn the importance of establishing an identity outside of a relationship
• Daily rituals to heal the emotions, mind and body
• Learn the importance of serving the self first
• Tips to grow your self-worth
• Fostering creativity can be a first step to recovery
• Techniques for letting go
• Creating Financial independence

Set in Toronto, with exotic jaunts to Brazil, South Africa and Zimbabwe, "Out of Eden - Eve and the Opposite Sex," is based on the true life travels and adventure of Noemi Eva although the characters name has been changed to Eve. With its gripping story line, exotic locales, romantic interludes, and fascinating family dynamic, this cleverly scripted and beautifully written story, takes readers on an emotional roller coaster ride with Eve, an innocent young aristocratic woman of Hungarian descent, raised in Brazil and exiled to Canada by a well meaning father, determined to separate her from a strong love for a Brazilian playboy. Cast out of her own Eden, Eve von Szentthamassy finds that life without a man is a life without real meaning. Like the authors own life, Eves life is filled with travel, love, innocence, and heartbreak, deception, struggles, disappointment and despair and ultimately triumph, it recounts her rapturous relationships with men, her experiences as a single mother and her ultimate achievement of financial freedom.

About the author:
Hungarian born and educated in Brazil, Noemi Eva is an industrial chemist, electron microscopist, and author of several published medical research articles. The mother of three grown children now resides in Toronto where as a volunteer, she has helped to develop and acted as a group leader/facilitator in New Directions, a support service program for women to make successful transitions – following separation, divorce or widowhood – to rebuild their lives. This experience has led her to her current quest to provide copies of "Out of Eden - Eve and the Opposite Sex" to local womens shelters.
