On a daily basis it is the open communication between Dynetechs management team and their employees that sustains the family spirit and is key to Dynetechs success. Juan Moa, organizational development trainer, sees the companys Training Day as the clearest example of Dynetechs dedication to open communication. During these all-day events, held two or three times a year at local hotels, Dynetech employees enjoy breakfast, lunch, and entertainment while they hear product reports and company updates.

And Dynetech wants to know how its employees are doing too. Each December, founder and CEO Laurence Pino (http://www.whoislarrypino.com) hand writes a personal holiday card for each employee. As the company has grown from 50 to more than 500 Associates, knowing each employee and his/her family members is no small feat. But for Larry, and he is Larry, just Larry, not Mr. Pino," explains warehouse manager Steve Hunter, knowing how his people are doing and what he can do to make their lives better is an important part of the companys vision.
