Manufacturers of high-end plumbing fixtures and accessories, announced that they have contracted with world renowned designer, Jamie Drake, to design and develop a new plumbing fixture collection in collaboration with THG. The new collection is scheduled to debut in the third quarter of 2006.

The new collection is scheduled to debut in the third quarter of 2006.
The concept to develop a new collection for THG by an American designer came to Jerry Abel, Managing Director of THG USA, in 2004. We were looking for someone who could incorporate a bold and strikingly fresh approach to the bath… and who could create something exciting in design, and inviting in terms of style; Jamie was the ideal choice. With his eclectic style and imaginative use of materials, Jamie is sure to create an unforgettable collection," explains Jerry Abel.
Borrowing elements from fashion, cinema, live theatre and music, Drakes interiors spark visual interest and intrigue. Color, color and more dynamic color" is a credo that is the lifeblood of Drake Design Associates. Drakes penchant for bold interiors spans both state-of-the-moment city dwellings to a pared down sensibility meeting the more low-key requirements of family retreats. The collections I am designing for THG are the central piece of my licensed bath wares. They will be launched at the same time as my line of tiles for Artistic Tile and bath accessories for Labrazel, enabling the designer and client to have a completely coordinated Jamie Drake glamour bathroom," says Jamie Drake.
