Gambling911.com Releases World Series of Poker Agenda: Featuring Jenny Woo
Everybody's favorite reporter will be onhand covering the World Series of Poker and other hot parties in Las Vegas this coming week.
Miami Beach, Fla. (PRWEB) July 1, 2005 -- Just how big has Jenny Woo, famed reporter for Gambling911.com, become? Ask the folks who are throwing the Doyle Brunson party. Ask the folks who are throwing the PartyPoker party. Ask the folks behind the Hendon Mob Media Poker Clinic. Ask the folks behind Poker's number one magazine, Bluff. Ask the folks behind the Bodog Poker and Sports Marketing Conference.
These are the big gaming industry players of today and it appears that nobody is more sought after than Gambling911.com's own Jenny Woo.
"I'm flattered," Woo said in a modest tone of voice after learning all these big event planners were demanding her presence. "Right now I am just trying to cope with this overnight fame."
Ms. Woo previously wrote for Casino Times News and eventually landed a role with the online gambling industry's most read web site, Gambling911.com. Her provacative escapades have made for some interesting reading material...though even she admits her writing is not always what attracts readers.
"They (the folks behind Gambling911.com) gotta stop putting up my picture," she said. "It is too much of a distraction."
Jenny Woo is certainly a stunner, but it is her immense writing talents that she prefers to be known for.
"I hope after our extensive poker coverage from Las Vegas, people will see me for more than a pretty face and extra large chest that doubles as a floatation device," commented Jenny.
Woo has been asked to cover The Hendon Mob Media Poker Clinic, The Bodog.com Conference, The PartyPoker Bash, the Doyle Brunson Party, The Bluff Magazine party and - the granddaddy of them all - The World Series of Poker itself.
"The requests for Jenny's presence are so high that we have had to extend our stay in Las Vegas," commented Gambling911.com Marketing Director Thomas Jensen.
Charles Como, representing one of the leading online poker rooms, www.doylesroom.com, writes:
"Doyle's throwing a big party on the 8th at the Rio.. we'd like to invite Jenny Woo. All of the poker pros will be there and it promises to be a great affair."
Eric Morris, Publisher for the industry's leading poker magazine writes:
"Bluff Magazine is co hosting a party with Full Tilt Poker on July 5th and we really would like to have Jenny Woo in attendance to cover it... and make sure she is covered as little as possible please."
Christopher Capra, Director for Lotus Public Relations Inc., writes:
"We are holding the 2nd Annual Hendon Mob Poker Clinic for media guests featuring members of the Hendon Mob, who will be available to provide tips and lessons. We would love it if Jenny Woo could attend this event."
Gambling911.com has released its agenda for what is being dubbed POKER WEEK: July 5 thru July 8 in Las Vegas.
Tuesday, July 5: Jenny in attendance at Bluff Magazine co hosted party with Full Tilt Poker.
Wednesday, July 6: Jenny will be in attendance at the Bodog Poker and Sports Marketing Conference. She will make an appearance at the Hendon Mob Poker Clinic between the hours of 12 and 1 pm. Later she will be lavishing the limelight at Bodog.com's big party, hosted by Bodog.com founder, CEO and now media mogul, Calvin Ayre.
Thursday: July 7: Jenny to cover the Bodog.com Conference. Gambling911.com founder and CEO will be speaking at this heralded event.
Friday: July 8: Jenny attends World Series of Poker. Jenny joins the fun at the Doyle Brunson Party Friday night.
"Then it's Jenny in a dead sleep on the plane ride home early Saturday morning," Ms. Woo added. "I don't plan on getting much sleep this coming week."
In other news, Jenny Woo has been selected to represented online casino www.WinwardCasino.com. Towering banner ads began showing up at www.gambling911.com on July 1.
"I've dabbled in their slots and won about $63," Woo laughed. "We (Gambling911.com) have enjoyed a terrific relationship with WinwardCasino over this past year so appearing in their ads was a no brainer for me. Then again, so is just about everything else."
Watch for Jenny Woo's Las Vegas poker coverage July 5 thru July 8 with photos from the hottest tickets in town.
