Mike Miles Named To nFocus Software Board Of Directors
Mike Miles, Manager of the Michael M. and Clara A. Miles Foundation, has been named to nFocus Softwares Board of Directors.

About Mike Miles:
Mike Miles is Manager of the Michael M. and Clara A. Miles Foundation, which assists underprivileged teenagers who attend local catholic high schools and works with other local civic organizations involved with youths. Prior to retiring, he was licensed by the Treasury Department as a Customs Broker in 1975 and served as President of the Miles Group, Inc., from 1971 through August 1999 when he accepted the position of Chief Executive Officer, a position he held until April 2001. The Miles Group became the largest custom brokerage and logistics operation along the US/Mexican border with over 1000 employees and 17 offices. United Parcel Service (UPS) purchased the company in 2001, making the Miles Group part of the worldwide UPS Supply Chain Solutions. Miles is active in a number of community activities. He serves on the Board of Directors for many organizations, including: Wells Fargo Bank/El Paso, Junior Achievement of the Desert Southwest, Rebounders Club for University of Texas – El Paso of which he is a charter member, and El Paso Foreign Trade Association, Inc. He also serves on the Development Board of Texas Tech (El Paso) Medical School, the Centennial Commission of the University of Texas – El Paso, and co-chairs the strategic planning committee for Paso Del Norte Group. During his professional years, Miles contributed his knowledge and expertise to many boards and committees, including: Treasury Advisory Committee for Oversight of Commercial Operations of the US Customs Service, Customs User Fee Advisory Committee, Boarder Trade Alliance, El Paso Economic Development Division, El Paso Quadricentennial Commission, El Paso Cancer Treatment Center, and El Paso City Charter Commission.
