During the event, SuccessFactors users previewed and responded to SuccessFactors product roadmap, exchanged best practices information and offered information about their individual business drivers and the corresponding technology needs. Attendees confirmed the value of this customer-sponsored SuccessFactors forum through surveys which indicated that 100% of those in attendance felt overall satisfaction with the event and would participate in another forum this year. Additional customer-hosted forums are scheduled to be held throughout different regions in the United States over the remainder of the calendar year.Customers previewed groundbreaking, new product reporting and analytics functionality that will be in general availability early this fall and will provide a deeper, richer insight into each individual customers performance management process.

During the Reebok-hosted forum, customers previewed groundbreaking, new product reporting and analytics functionality that will be in general availability early this fall and will provide a deeper, richer insight into each individual customers performance management process. Customers also assessed implementation best practices during a panel discussion led by SuccessFactors customer Kimberly Clark and reviewed business and implementation strategies of other SuccessFactors customers.
