The Connecticut Pet Show features The AKC Parade of Purebred Dogs; The International Cat Association Cat Show, with over 100 breeds of exotic and domestic purebred cats; The Rare and Ancient Dog Breed Show, featuring extremely rare breeds in a live dog show competition; police and protection dog demos; Bwana Jim's Reptile Show; equine stars Cupid and Arrow; Animals Everywhere; Talons! A Bird-of-Prey Experience, and more.
Don't miss the Friskies For More Experience, where cat lovers can learn how to give their feline friends more out of life through easy-yet-innovative home improvements. Visit the Friskies For More House, a unique space showcasing how to create an ideal habitat for cats in a typical family room environment, featuring walkways, cubbyholes, sisal climbing walls and fun feeding stations. Plus, the famous Friskies Cat Team shows off its paw-inspiring talents in an entertaining stage show, featuring cats performing remarkable feats such as shooting basketball hoops, exercising on a non-motorized treadmill and running an obstacle course.

The 14th Annual Connecticut Pet Show is produced by Osborne/Jenks Productions, Inc. and runs Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 29-30, 2005. Show hours are Saturday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tickets are available at the door.
