RadioSoft, a leading provider of broadcast and land-mobile spectrum mining, management and maintenance solutions announced today that it has acquired Slattery Software's FCC-related businesses and all intellectual properties.
We want all of Slattery Software's former customers to be able to leverage their current investments while taking advantage of the new features and benefits they'll now have available through RadioSoft's solutions

TOCCOA, GA (PRWEB) July 20, 2005 -mobile spectrum mining, management and maintenance solutions announced today that it has acquired Slattery Software's FCC-related businesses and all intellectual properties.

Slattery Software was a provider of online products for filing FCC forms, performing frequency searches and completing data analysis. Slattery Software formerly competed with Frequency Finder®, Inc., a RadioSoft company.

RadioSoft's first order of business is the development of a single interface for both products.

"We want all of Slattery Software's former customers to be able to leverage their current investments while taking advantage of the new features and benefits they'll now have available through RadioSoft's solutions," says Peter Moncure, RadioSoft chief technology officer.

"Slattery Software selected RadioSoft for the acquisition because of their deep expertise in this market and their long-term commitment to customers," says Brett Slattery, president, Slattery Software. "FCC licensing is a complex process made even more challenging by recent changes in criteria. RadioSoft is a market leader in forms management and I know our customers will be pleased with their knowledge, their products and their levels of service."

Slattery Software customers are encouraged to contact RadioSoft at 1-706-754-2725 with questions or visit www.radiosoft.com for more information about the company and its products.
