Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) July 25, 2005 -
Fun Little Movies, (FLM) today announced a licensing deal with famed comedy writer Jeffrey Gurian for worldwide wireless distribution of his hit short films, ÂThe Men Who Series. ÂMen Who is a collection of 12 short (30 sec. to 1 minute) films about men who do very unusual things, like ÂMen Who Take a Pitchfork to the Movies, ÂMen Who Enjoy Latin Dancing with Tools, and ÂMen Who Pull the Skin on Their Necks, Hoping to Attract Gorgeous Models.Â
Fun Little Movies produces, acquires and delivers comedy content wirelessly to worldwide consumers of mobile entertainment through distribution partners Sprint, Microsoft, SmartVideo Technologies, Kinoma and AustraliaÂs ABC. The company is always on the look-out for fresh content. ÂJeffrey Gurian is one of AmericaÂs funniest writers, having penned jokes and routines for dozens of comedy greats including Joan Rivers, Rodney Dangerfield, Phil Hartman, Pauly Shore, Richard Belzer, Gilbert Gottfried and Robin Williams. When given the chance to direct, his cinematic work turned out to be the funniest thing heÂd ever created. We are proud to air and distribute his films, said Frank Chindamo, President of Fun Little Movies.
ÂI've had a lot of exciting things happen in my career, but I can't think of anything more exciting than the thought of my comedy films going global thanks to Frank Chindamo and Fun Little Movies, said Gurian.
Jeffrey Gurian, also the East Coast Producer for National Lampoon Radio, is known for his Âway-out imagination and sense of creativity, for which he was rewarded with his own column in the legendary Weekly World News entitled, ÂGurianÂs World of the Bizarre. The partnership with Fun Little Movies is Jeffrey GurianÂs first opportunity to reach the mobile entertainment audience. ÂWhy should I be the only one tortured with such strange thoughts? Now the entire rest of the world can stay up all night, the same way I do! laughed Jeffrey Gurian.
