"Performance measurement lies at the center of talent management. To extract maximum value from staffing, retention, development and planning initiatives, organizations must first understand how their workforce is performing," said Allan Schweyer, HCI's Executive Director. Our partnership with them will greatly support HCI's efforts to create a panel of innovative thought leaders to address the most pressing issues in performance measurement today."

Selected employees and associates of Softscape will become Professional members of the Human Capital Institute, enjoying full membership benefits including access to HCI's research library, live local Network events, Webcasts, Talent Blogosphere and Talent Directories. In addition, Christopher Faust, vice president of Global Strategy at Softscape will join HCI's national advisory board.

"It is critical that organizations understand how to measure performance, and then develop action plans based on this data to impact key business drivers," said Faust, Softscape."
