Her retail career began after college at Saks, and then Bonwit Teller, where she set records for successful merchandising. She was one of the first woman officers at The Taubman Company, followed by the presidency of a Wall Street venture capital firm where she analyzed companies in terms of capitalization and acquisitions, followed by president of her own strategic marketing firm. Adria has served on many advisory boards, corporate boards, and charities.
