Care2Learn announces a new Elearning solution for therapists at Hallmark Rehabilitation based in Foothills Ranch, California. Hallmark University, the customized Learning Management System created by Care2Learn, was developed this spring with the functionality of educating, training, testing, reporting and tracking education for covered employees.
