Knowledge Infusion Strengthens Executive Team with HCM Thought Leader

David Link joins executive team of Knowledge Infusion to lead Strategic HCM practice. Link is an established leader in the HCM community, helping organizations transform the role of HR by leveraging technology assets to improve business outcomes. He comes to Knowledge Infusion with over 20 years of HR consulting experience, most recently as the Vice President of HR Transformation at The Cedar Group.

With 20 years of consulting experience in the human resources industry, Link will be responsible for leading the company's Strategic HCM practice.

He will specifically focus on leading HCM evaluations, creating financially backed business cases, and working with customers to transform traditional HRMS deployments into solutions that drive true business value. Additionally, Link will develop new strategic partnerships and work to optimize existing business processes within Knowledge Infusion.

David is an important driver in the human capital management movement through his work with HR/IT executives and the vendor community. Through a diverse set of client experiences, Link established a leadership position in helping organizations transform the role of HR by leveraging technology assets to improve business outcomes. Prior to joining Knowledge Infusion, Link served as vice president of HR Transformation at The Cedar Group, formerly known as The Hunter Group, where he held various leadership positions since joining in 1996.

In addition to engaging with a broad range of industry clients, Link has worked closely with product vendors including PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, Authoria, Workscape, and Workstream to articulate market trends and how to successfully transition towards strategic human capital management. He has also held leadership positions with Watson Wyatt Worldwide in its HR technology practice and is a frequent speaker and author on HR transformation issues.
