3D Global Solutions, an Indiana-based Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOB) that specializes in outsourced staffing of retired military veterans for positions in physical security and information technology, has opened its first South American office in Lima, Peru.

Mr. Rosenbaum has lived and worked throughout Latin America and is entirely fluent in Spanish. He received a BA in Physics from Rutgers University in 1993 and completed graduate work in Finance at the Escuela de Administración de Negocios in Lima, Peru. Mr. Rosenbaum served for six years in the Marine Corps Reserves and has also the co-authored a book on memory improvement entitled How to Remember Not to Forget.
