Sutton & Edwards Inc./TCN Worldwide Relocates 3 NY Area Loan Offices for Americquest Mortgage Co.
Lake Success-based commercial real estate services firm Sutton & Edwards Inc. / TCN Worldwide has arranged leases for three New York area loan offices on behalf of Ameriquest Mortgage Co., the Orange, Calif.-based lender. The new offices are in The Bronx, Queens and Lynbrook, NY.
Lake Success, NY (PRWEB) August 14, 2005 -- Sutton & Edwards Inc. / TCN Worldwide, the commercial real estate services firm, has arranged leases for three New York area loan offices on behalf of Ameriquest Mortgage Co., the Orange, Calif.-based lender.
An Ameriquest office temporarily located in Manhattan relocated to 3,538 square feet at the Hutchinson Metro Center, 1200 Waters Pl., The Bronx. The company's Queens Office relocated to 4,431 square feet in the Bulova Corporate Center at 75-20 Astoria Blvd., Jackson Heights. An office in Elmont, Long Island, will move into 3,500 square feet at 444 Merrick Rd., Lynbrook, Long Island, in the next few months.
Jeff Cebula, senior director of Sutton & Edwards, and Melissa Naeder, an associate at the firm, represented Ameriquest in lease negotiations. Robert Mathias of Golub & Co. co-brokered the leases.
Cushman & Wakefield is the leasing agent for the Hutchinson Metro Center, owned by Simone Development Co. of New Rochelle, NY. Syosset, NY-based Blumenfeld Development Group, owner of the Bulova Corporate Center, was represented in-house as was Lighthouse Real Estate Ventures, owner of the Lynbrook property.
