Eldercare Advocate, Jacqueline Marcell, to Speak in Harford County, Maryland

Jacqueline Marcell, author of the best-selling book, "Elder Rage, or Take My Father...Please! How to Survive Caring for Aging Parents" will be the keynote speaker at two presenations on September 15, 2005 in Harford County, Maryland. Ms. Marcell offers guidance and insights on the challenges of eldercare based on her personal experience and research. She will also be available to sign "Elder Rage," a Book-of-the Month selection being considered for a feature film.

Bel Air, MD (PRWEB) August 16, 2005 -- Jacqueline Marcell, author of the best-selling book, Elder Rage, or Take My Father…Please! How to Survive Caring for Aging Parents" — will be the Keynote speaker on September 15, 2005, 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at Mountain Christian Church, 1824 Mountain Road, Joppa, Maryland. This event is free to the public, however reservations are required due to limited seating. Marcell offers guidance and insights on the challenges of eldercare based on her personal experience and research. She will also be available to sign Elder Rage", a Book-of-the-Month selection being considered for a feature film.

A former television executive, Marcell became an eldercare advocate after her own caregiving experience with her frail mother and challenging" elderly father. Now a sought-after national speaker and the host of the popular Coping With Caregiving" Internet radio program, she focuses on the importance of early diagnosis of dementia/Alzheimer's and how to manage challenging elders--medically and behaviorally.
