Keith, Psy.D., a psychological consultant with Barger, Cowart & Kenney has constructed a training seminar which addresses the proper use of some of the most common instruments used in employee assessments (16PF, Myers-Briggs, Strong Interest Inventory), what they test, and how they are interpreted and integrated. With more and more online personality tests being made public, it is imperative that HR professionals understand what the test is actually testing," stated Dr. Keith. The workshop, scheduled for September 22, 2005 in Atlanta, will be the first in an ongoing series of workshops directed at HR professionals.
