Vivitar Corporation Board of Directors Announces New COO/Acting CEO and Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Change heralds new direction for 70-year-old company as it seeks to even more effectively meet the changing needs of the imaging marketplace.

Leading the change is the new COO/Acting CEO Mr. Charles Lin. Charles, who has over 20 years of experience in the consumer electronics and computer industries, has the proven skills to lead the organization.

The second key appointment was of Mr. Hamed Hejran, formerly the Vice President of Purchasing and Product Development, to serve as the new Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
