Travis Software Releases WebCOBRA.com's August '05 Release, with Correspondence Email Notification

Email Notification is primarily targeted at small employers who have 20-500 employees. In addition, WebCOBRA.com helps administer Federal COBRA requirements in addition to individual State Continuation Requirements that some small employers don't even know exist.
