CoreTrac Helps To Drive Operation At De Novo Institution

Pacific Coast National Bank selects CoreTrac's CRM/sales force automation solution, ResourceOne, to serve as the foundation for building all bank relationships. ResourceOne allows financial institutions to track leads and referrals, manage pipelines and contacts, and create detailed reporting.

AUSTIN, Texas (PRWEB) September 3, 2005 -- CoreTrac, Inc., provider of ResourceOne, the simple and affordable CRM/sales force automation solution for community financial institutions, today announced that Pacific Coast National Bank of San Clemente, California, will use ResourceOne as the foundation for building all bank relationships.

In May, Pacific Coast National Bank opened for business with $22M in assets. An early strategy for this institution was to implement a CRM/sales force automation tool that would help them manage their sales efforts and meet clients rapidly growing financial demands. ResourceOne will be used to track all leads and referrals, manage pipelines and contacts, and provide detailed reporting for management. The team at Pacific Coast National Bank requested a tool that would integrate with all of the banks internal systems and ResourceOne was able to meet those requirements.

We needed a system that would provide a seamless interface with our core processing system, DCI, as well as other databases including Outlook," said Michael Hahn, President & COO, Pacific Coast National Bank. After looking at other systems we found that they were unable to interface or were too expensive. ResourceOne was the only system that offered a comprehensive solution meeting the demands of our new bank."

As we continue to expand with such a diverse customer base, we see that de novo banks will experience the same successes as our larger, multi-billion dollar customers. This system serves as an invaluable tool for new institutions, allowing them to develop at a much faster rate," says Dan Martin, President & COO, CoreTrac. The addition of Pacific Coast National Bank is a further indication of how our system is capable of serving the smallest to the largest community financial institution."
