Houston-Based Firm Helps Not-For-Profit Organization Promote Civics Education

Houston, TX (PRWEB) September 28, 2005 -- Houston-based Whiteboard Labs, LLC and Law Focused Education Inc. (LFEI), an Austin-based not-for-profit, announced today the release of a new game to add to the collection already available via the LFEI web site, www.texaslre.org. The new game, called the Constitution Relay, will allow students to analyze the documents and events that influenced the creation of the U.S. Constitution in a fun and interactive way.
The Houston web design and application development company has been LFEI's web solutions provider for over three years. It all started with the launch of a new online presence for LFEI back in 2002. Since then, Whiteboard Labs and LFEI have continued to work together to add administrative features and other dynamic content to the site. Most recently, the focus has turned to the creation of Web-based educational games that LFEI makes available to teachers and students via the www.texaslre.org site.
These games are valuable tools for teachers in the social sciences area and include titles like: Branches of the Federal Government, Preamble Scramble, Declaration Clarification, Pick Twelve-Jury selection, Pledge of Allegiance, Texas Pledge of Allegiance, and the Federalist/Anti-Federalist Game.
