Toyota Avalon tops the full-size car category in the J.D. Power APEAL Study

The study was based on surveys in which 115,000 new vehicle owners were asked to rate their vehicles, including the engine, transmission, ride, handling, comfort, convenience and styling, during the first 90 days of ownership.
Toyotas flagship sedan delivers an EPA estimated mileage of 22/31 mpg, and is available in four trims – Avalon XL, Avalon Touring, Avalon XLS and Avalon Limited. The Avalon is powered with a 3.5L Dual VVT-i V6 engine that pumps 268 hp.
Dual zone automatic climate control, a multi-function information display with audio, message, interior climate, outside temperature and trip computer information, a center console storage area, sliding armrest and dual cup holders are standard for all trims. Prices start at $26,625 MSRP for the Avalon XL.
