The company's founder and president is Jack Ruegsegger of Ham Lake, Minnesota. His brother, Joe, of Maple Grove, Minnesota is the vice president. Jack (29) and Joe (26), started the original company, known then as Jack & Joe's Window Cleaning, Inc., in 1999. The two have seen overwhelming success with the Squeegee Squad concept in the Twin Cities metro area.
