Xbox Live Team Competition Poised for Growth - Teamcompete Taking on Half Dozen New Games in Next 90 Days

Xbox Live First Person Shooter (FPS) action heats up in the first half of 2005 with the release of several potential blockbuster games. Teamcompete is gearing up to support several of the most promising titles. And the gaming community is itchy for the rush that a new game always brings to the competitive arena. Leagues, Challenge matches, Tournaments and other special events are all planned and will be announced over the next several weeks.

Team Compete today announced the introduction of several new games to the site and plans to be ready for user’s competitive play when launched by their respective publishers. The following games will be added to the current long list of Xbox Live supported games on Teamcompete.

  • Brothers in Arms---from Ubisoft
  • Project: Snowblind—from Eidos Interactive
  • Star Wars: Republic Commando—From LucasArts
  • RainbowSix: Lockdown—from Ubisoft
  • Unreal Chanpionship2: The Liandri Conflict—from Midway

In addition to the early Q1 games expected, Teamcompete also announced support plans for several additional games on the release schedule between now and summer ’05. They include:
