KOA Hosts Campfire Cafe Open Fire Cooking Tour

With the price of gas on the rise in America, more families are seeking inexpensive recreational activities such as outdoor cooking and camping. Campfire Café weekly TV shows entertain viewers with demonstrations of gourmet meals prepared outdoors and cooked entirely over an open fire. In January 2006, Nix takes his expertise of the lost art of open fire cooking on the road. Three-day Tour stops at KOA Kampgrounds across the country will allow family participation in hands-on cooking clinics and seminars. Nix will also hold book-signing sessions to autograph copies of the new Campfire Café cookbook, Over The Open Fire.
